As Broker of Vidarte Properties, LLC, Mary is recognized by the National Association of Realtors as one of approximately 2000 Certified International Property Specialists in the world. She represents “in bound" buyers and sellers in the #1 "inbound" city in America, Atlanta! Her business also focuses on the needs of "outbound" clients interested in residential and commercial properties abroad. Most recently, Vidarte Properties LLC has specialized in Luxury 2nd homes, investment homes and commercial investment properties in the Dominican Republic and Mexico. Lastly, her company is the exclusive restaurant site selection specialist in Georgia for a leading fast food chain in Korea.
She is recipient of the 2007 Certified Commercial Investment Member Presidents Award for outstanding leadership and service and a Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of Realtors 2006 Million Dollar Club Member.
Prior to her career in Real Estate, Mary received a BS in Business Administration from Barton College in Wilson, NC; Completed Spanish culture and language studies at the University of Salamanca, Salamanca, Spain; graduate studies in Integrative Medicine at Vermont College of
Norwich University, Montpelier Vermont; and International Cultural Diversity Training in Taipei, Taiwan. She has international living experiences in Europe, Asia and South America.
Previous work experiences include, Pharmaceutical Sales, International Marine Fuel Sales. Insurance Litigation, Regional Director of Emergency Medical Services and County Director of the American Red Cross.
Mary currently serves as the 2008 President of the International Real Estate Council of Georgia, and on the Board of Directors of the Georgia Chapter of Certified Commercial Investment Members, Georgia Association of Realtors, Northeast Atlanta Metro Area Realtors Association and the Association of Georgia Real Estate Exchangers.
